Excellent, clean and fanctional medium-sized room & complete ensuite for 1 or 2 pers. Easy check-in process and helpful staff. Occasional but very minor noise from road traffic / train outside but not an issue. With backpack / luggage: only a 15 min walk to Koblenz Hbf. Only a 7 min walk to the SW edge of 'Old Town'. And excellent hotel: thank you!

Room did have a sewer odor & the front desk clerk tried to clear it up, but it didn’t work long term. We got used to it. The rest of the room was great & my kids had breakfast one day & said it was good as well.

Location is good for access to the city and the train. It is loud due to being next to a highway and train station but I didn’t mind this. Be prepared for a short walk to reach anywhere.

I have stayed in a few B&B hotels. And walking distance to the town center. A bit scary at night in the area. Rooms are clean and breakfast is OK. For a short over night stay to explore the city It is OK. Plenty of parking, even though when i got there, there wasn't many left.
