This is well known to the local around. Near to all the places. Clean room and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but a number of dish. Check in and out was easy.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was huge and clean. The environment was cosy and provides a good ambience for a good sleep. The staff was courteous and helpful. However, the breakfast was very simple. I would recommend not to include breakfast vouchers in the room booking.

It was an average experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, making it easily accessible. The environment was quiet, and basic toiletries were provided. While the facilities are simple, it is still a recommended option for a short and fuss-free stay.

The hotel is doing some upgrading. The room is clean. Staff reacted quickly after we complained the dirty bedsheet. The toilet should upgrade too as it is quite outdated. Especially the shower tap.

Hotel Anika is always our favourite hotel whenever we're in Kluang. The room is clean and big. Especially when we need family room. It's comfortable and fully equipped with all toiletries. Staff is friendly. Private parking available with security guard. Within walking distance to eateries and shopping Mall. Please note to have MYR 50 cash deposit per room. Tourism tax MYR 10 per room per night.
