** The heated pool is available for an additional charge of €60 per day, with a minimum usage of 3 consecutive days. Please let us know at least 2 days prior to

your arrival if you wish to use this service.



** All indoor and outdoor areas are fully accessible and private.



** The first floor is accessible only via stairs.



** Private outdoor spaces are equipped with furniture.



** The villa offers parking facilities.
