No elevator. If you’re not physically fit, the three flights of stairs were a bit too much for us in your stay you will receive either one free appetizer or one free dessert. But please check in first before you dine there. We dined first at the hotel. I ordered one appetizer $15 and it was not refunded. On the bill we did get seven dollars removed but not on the appetizer. Two of the towels in the bathroom had brown spots on them. Make sure you get there early to eat because most of the things you really want to eat was sold out so you needed to settle. It’s a great location right in town walking distance. I didn’t like the fact that you had to park at a different location away from the hotel and take your luggage and belongings and walk back to the hotel. That was a bit of an inconvenience, especially for the price of the hotel

Nice spot in the heart of town

The location is fabulous. Right in the heart of downtown Kingston near everything. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant was delicious. I loved the shampoo, soaps and lotion, and in the bathroom was clean and bright.the part that was a little bit challenging was that my colleagues room was in a completely different building over a block away, and it was hard to find in the night. It also didn’t feel as secure as the main building.

I stayed at the wall st location strictly for the walkability to my favorite restaurants. I checked in late and the staff was pleasant but not very informative. I discovered the continental breakfast the next morning when I asked about coffee at the check in desk. As a Kingston local, this hotel is clearly designed for the tourist (nyc) crowd. I will always support small bussiness but the price I paid did not warrant the room, hotel or service. The carpet was stained going up the stairs to my room and the “happy hour” bar prices were equal to the standard bar prices at other nearby locations. My room had 2 outlets, one which was full with a power strip. I appreciate historical charm so I survived without a coffee maker or microwave in my room but the mini bar of snacks that took up half of the only counter space in the room and the entire mini fridge was disappointing. The bathroom was beautiful but also had no counter space and a slim shelf above the sink which did not hold all of my toiletries. As I stated above, I just recently moved out of the Kingston location and it was very clear why I had never been to the Kingsley before. I have also stayed in another local (very close in location) hotel which was a chain but a third of the price. I don’t think I’d stay here again

Kingston hotel

Nice room but it got very cool during the night. I got up during the night to adjust the heat. Very clean and room is attractive. Nice hotel and good breakfast.
