The resort has a lot of potential. The room and the room view was nice, but the resort can use a new renovation. The staff there is TERRIBLE. Rude for no reason at all. From the front desk, to the only 2 restaurants. You’ll have to ask for your room to be clean and even after which, you’ll have to ask again for fresh towels. There is only one golf cart for the entire resort to get guests around. Unfortunately, the one cart is hardly man by a staff and if there is a staff, you’ll see the cart staffer hidden away and scrolling on the phone. Which I witnessed three times. We walked from our room to the front every time because the cart ride was nonexistent, even with all of our luggage. We wouldn’t go back mainly because of the staff. Why be disrespected towards customers who paid high price for your service?
