Whether you’re staying in the townhomes or the tower, you’ll enjoy comfortable, fully furnished accommodations with modern kitchens, wireless internet, patio furniture, and barbecues. A starter set of paper products is also provided to help make your stay hassle-free.



Guest Access:

Other amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool, just a short and scenic walk from the townhome. The recreation area is open year-round, with the exception of a maintenance closure for one week in both the spring and fall. It also features a clubhouse, coed sauna, and an exercise room. For outdoor activities, enjoy a lakeside tennis court and two pickleball courts, along with a pier perfect for swimming, fishing, or picking up guests arriving by boat.

We are conveniently located near a T.A.R.T. bus stop, providing easy access to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Incline Village, and more. While taxis are available in the area, Uber and Lyft services are less common in North Lake Tahoe, and availability may be limited, especially in more remote areas or during peak times. It's always a good idea to plan ahead or take advantage of the reliable T.A.R.T. bus system for transportation.

The Tower building features a convenient shared laundry area equipped with coin-operated machines. Perfect for longer stays, this facility ensures you have everything you need to keep your wardrobe fresh during your time at the lake. Don’t forget to bring quarters!
