Perfect location. Close to one of the best beaches on Maui, restaurants, shopping and grocery store. Very nicely appointed condo with everything one could need for a great time. The grounds are beautiful and the pool/community area by the beach is wonderful for larger gatherings or just watching the beautiful sunset.

Wonderful stay!
This is our third time at Ekahi and it does not disappoint. The grounds are beautiful and we love having a short walk to what I think is the best beach in the area. The swimming pools are great and the communal kitchen and lounge facilities are spotless and great to use for having lunch by the pool.
As for the unit, we loved our stay at 40A. The unit was spotless and was very recently (beautifully) renovated with top of the line appliances and furniture. The unit had every kitchen gadget and appliance you could want. The bed was comfortable as well. The unit was stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, dish soap, salt and pepper, and even coffee for each of our mornings. There was laundry detergent as well (this might have been left by a previous renter). They provided house keeping with fresh towels and bed sheet changes every 3 days which was such a nice perk and I really appreciated not having to wash sheets (we stayed for 10 nights).There were beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and a handy wagon to bring all the items to the beach. There is a great, flat green space just to the side of the lanai. You even have a peek-a-boo ocean view from the lanai!
Coral tree responded extremely promptly to any inquiry and after hours check in was a breeze. I was truly impressed with this rental company and how easy to deal with and helpful they were.
We would absolutely stay in this unit again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Unexpected large fee of almost 10 percent when we checked in. It’s in the small print. They also take the full amount at the time of booking.
We will use Vrbo solely without the 3rd party next time. The had three properties because we brought family. Fortunately the other two properties were all Vrbo only no third party involved.

great condo in Wailea
nice, clean and modern. Huge tv screen and remote office set up. Easy but long walk out to the lawn leading to the ocean front. Disappointed the kitchen was bare of any simple nonperishable cooking ingredients such as salt and pepper, spices, olive oil etc. Otherwise very well appointed and we love Ekhai Village amenities and beach front pool and paviliion.
The condo was absolutely perfect! So fresh and new!
Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including plastic for use by the pools and containers to make packing to-go lunches a breeze. There was a coffee station with enough to get your caffeine needs taken care of for a few days if you haven't made a grocery run yet. There were some limited workout items too. Having a washer/dryer/soap on site is great too! The only thing that would have made an extra nice bonus would have been some beach gear like chairs, umbrellas and floats. Some other rentals have access to items like this. It did not detract at all from the rental, but just be prepared to purchase or rent your own.
We stayed one week and they provided a mid-stay service to tidy up. It was great to have fresh items provided and a quick sweep of our sandy front door area. Another great bonus was the texting feature. The staff sends a text with all the door codes and details. We were able to text any questions or needs and got very quick responses. Super friendly at check in desk and very efficient.
The location of the condo was exactly as described. It was a short (less than 10 minute) walk across the property to get to the pool and beach. If you are less able to walk due to small children or personal limitations this might make this location more difficult. The walk down was easy, but back up the hill at the end of the day is a little more work. Although you might be able to drive and park closer on the property? I'm not sure of the rules for parking away from your unit.
The amenities by the big beach side pool looked amazing! We only used the bathrooms and changing area. Lots of people brought dinners down here for sunset. Gorgeous sunset views. We regularly saw turtles in the rocks just to the left when you walk out the beach gate. Be sure to walk to Ulua beach to the south for snorkeling if the winds/weather are good. We were thrilled with turtles, a wide variety of fish, an eel and TWO octopus! You can also walk the beach to the nearest resort for cocktails and dinner. Make sure to have a light for nighttime return, it gets dark!
This stay was above and beyond my expectations! Highly recommended!

We rented the unit for our honeymoon and had a great stay. The check in process was okay. It’s just not on-site. You have to drive a few mins down the road. Also, we had to buy pesticide because we had small “sugar ants” in the unit but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, we had a great time!
