Perfect place...

My husband and I stayed 10 days ay Royal Mauian 309, and absolutely loved our stay.We encountered an issue with the tv when we first arrived and reached out to management. They were great responding quickly and resolving to our satisfaction.I have noted with mngt that it would be helpful to guests to add a couple items to kitchen, such as a can opener, but we were very pleased with everything.We would definately chose this location and condo again.

Awesome Condo in Kihei

Lovely oceanfront condo! Very clean and kitchen well appointed. Made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler on Kamaole I Beach, which was just a couple minute walk from the condo. Saw plenty of sea turtles and many whales spotted right from the comfort of the lanai. Condo location was convenient for the activities we planned.

Perfect location!

We’ve been coming to Maui for many years, but this was our first stay at the Royal Mauian. It turned out to be the best yet! This unit had everything we needed…especially the ocean breezes (didn’t even use the A/C!) & the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep. Definitely a winner!

Beautiful ocean view condo.

We had an amazing stay here! The condo was clean, well kept, comfortable and in prime location. It has a is beautiful view of the ocean and is walking distance to beaches, stores and restaurants. Highly recommended:)

Lovely View

Lovely view of the ocean and sunsets. Enjoyed the roof top for sunsets too. Convenient location next to all the parks and beaches in Kihei. We will be back!

Get Away

2nd time staying at this property. We love the location and unit. Some items are getting tired and worn vs our last stay, we had to get a replacement coffee maker as the original unit was not working, property manager todd was on it right away and delivered a new unit within hours, thank you. Overall a great condo.

Romance by the Sea

Perfect romantic gateway. The location of this unit is outstanding. Look out from your bed to palm trees swaying in the wind and the sound of waves crashing on the rocks. You are steps away from the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. If you visit at the right time you are sure to see Hawaiian Sea Turtles daily, that was a highlight. We will definitely return.

Perfect location on beautifully kept property

Stunning property in the perfect location. Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Between two perfect beaches for swimming and snorkeling. The condo is in perfect condition, has everything you need and was very comfortable. Doesn't get any better than this.

Amazing!

This property exceeded my expectations! I’ve always wanted to stay so close to the ocean that I could open the windows and let the sound of the waves put me to sleep. This did that. Pictures of the property did not do justice. It was incredible. This will be our go to Maui place. Clean rental, amazing views, close to fun little places to eat and shop…it just doesn’t get any better! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property! A++

Vacation with family

We always enjoy the Royal Mauian and stayed in this nice 1 bedroom unit. The unit was very clean. We did not cook a lot but it did not seem well equipped but had the basics. Would also be nice to have some basic cooking ingredients such as spices, olive oil, etc.

Book it!

This place was nothing short of amazing. The pictures are on point. The view is amazing. My husband and I will be back. We wish we would have stayed here sooner and our trip. We stayed at the Hyatt, which was amazing, but for the value this place was by far better and the view well that was our favorite listening to the waves crash at night was amazing having the beach literally steps away, I just can’t say anything bad about this place. The owners were quick to respond if you had questions walking distance to all sorts of neat little places, you’ll enjoy your stay here if you book it.

Wonderful spot

We’ve stayed in many different Kihei locations over the years. This spot is by far the best. Great location between Kameole 1 & 2 beaches. Lots of walkable restaurants. Great people/turtle watching from the third floor lanai. Other than a couple trips to Costco, you’ll never have to get in your car. Great host as well. We’re definitely coming back.

Amazing Honeymoon

Absolutely amazing place, beautiful views with a nice and clean room! Whole place was exceptionally clean, and cannot beat the views! Two beaches within walking distance can’t hurt either! The grounds were beautifully maintained as well. 10/10 will be back!

Wonderful location

This property is nice and at the best location but it lacked in kitchenware. It needed more pots and pans, trays and bowls. It did not have a blender when we first checked in but we finally did receive one.

Why only three?

I give this condo a three. It has the potential to be so much better, but there were some major short coming that effected our trip and would cause us not to stay again. The condo definitely needs a new mattress and pillows. I actually went to Ross and purchased pillows because the pillows were flat, smelly and stained. The mattress is very old with an old stained topper that does not fit the mattress and causes the sheets to constantly pull off. The closet smelled bad which is where the dresser is placed. It just smells like sweat and dirt :( The other really frustrating element was the washer/dryer combo. It took 4 - 5 hours for one wash and covered our clothes in lint. We ended up taking our clothes to the cleaners. The freezer door only opens half way. The couch is dated and really uncomfortable. The pros of this condo are the OCEAN VIEW , A/C, chairs and umbrella for the beach, great tv and sound system. Location is great! Property was beautiful and close to everything. The property managers were very responsive and easy to work with. So, because smell and cleanliness are very important to me I would not stay here again. I hope these things will be corrected because the unit has such great potential.

Easy to rent. Beautiful roof top barbecue area ! All necessary needs provided kitchen, bath, bedroom , pool beach access and a/c!! All other needs like food etc , paper goods and restaurants across the street and within 2 blocks:):)
