From our crystal-clear mosaic-tiled OCEANFRONT PATIO & POOL, you'll be just steps from the beach - clean, sandy, unpopulated & stretching for miles in either direction. You'll find plenty shade under the table or lawn umbrellas - perfect for reading the book you found in one of our two libraries.

You'll love the fabulous view from your BALCONY in the morning - perfect for chilling with your cup of joe. Start your day with a RELAXING beachfront walk, followed by stand-up paddle boarding in the serene waters of our incredible bay! Ask staff where to rent beach gear & toys.

You'll all stay COOL with whisper-quiet Mitsubishi split A/C in the living area & each bedroom. Ceiling fans throughout if you prefer having windows open for fresh sea air. In the living room, unwind in this cool & spacious room on the comfortable sofa or chair while streaming your favorite shows on our HD SmartTV.

Our well-appointed KITCHEN has a microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher. Preparing meals at home is a great option after long days exploring or relaxing at the beach. You'll find oils & spices in the cabinets. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right.

The loft ENSUITE bathroom is beautifully remodeled & features a glass wall, walk-in shower & grab bar. The downstairs bathroom has a tub, perfect for a long soak. Each bathroom has a HAIR DRYER as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Hair & bath products can be purchased on island or brought with you.

In the loft you'll enjoy a quiet, tranquil night’s sleep on a new KING mattress & quality sheets. Two twin beds located downstairs are perfect for kids, or for a $50 housekeeping fee they can be joined together to make a king bed.

Tommy Bahama BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA, beach cooler & beach towels are provided in the condo for you. Take them on your beach excursions!

Our beautifully maintained lawn has plenty of chaise lounges & umbrellas just steps from the beach. Start each morning with fresh brewed coffee (out by 7:00 am daily.) Evenings, watch BEAUTIFUL sunsets while grilling dinner & sipping tropical adult beverages.

The oceanfront patio with two BBQ grills are where you'll create your island cuisine while gathering with family & friends. This is where you'll meet & talk story with other guests, some who have been coming here for decades. You'll soon find out why that is! Kihei Sands is a very special place.

An abundance of DINING options ranging from casual to upscale are nearby in South Kihei, Wailea and Pa'ia. Located right next door is Dina's Sandwitches, where you can get your first tropical drink & meal after your long flight.

One of the unparalleled advantages to our property is access to whale watching from the beautifully maintained grounds of the beachfront patio. Humpback whales migrate from Alaska & arrive mid-November to give birth to their calves in the warm, protected waters of Maui. They delight our guests with spectacular shows before beginning their journey back to Alaska mid-March.
