Parking was good. There are a lot of parking spots that you can park in front of the property. It’s a little outdated and maybe need a little of TLC and update. The view was perfect. The beach and amenities are just in front of the condo. The only downside was cleanliness. I was told the property was not ready yet bc they are cleaning but I still saw lizard “poops” on top of the counter, floor and beside the fridge. It was so visible. I was able to sweep it but the expectation of they cleaned it was so disappointing.

I thought this was a handicapped accessible unit. It did have a ramp from the parking lot. However the tiny bathrooms with low toilets and no safety bars make the bathrooms ineffective. The high dining room table and tall chairs for the dining room and bar make it difficult to eat.

The grounds and pool are beautiful. The unit we stayed in has not been kept up and needs to be refurbished. It was dirty, missing tiles, mold and rust in the shower. The refrigerator leaks water from the freezer down into the fridge everyday. Really worn and I will not stay again.

Very outdated. Place is in need of something. Kitchen cabinet lights were missing. Toilet whistles, I’m not kidding. You flush it whistles until the tank is full. Cookware needs to be replaced. One pan was really bent, like someone bashed it on concrete. Sofas felt/looked filthy. The only great thing is when we walked outside to our lanai. Just beautiful landscape. Definitely won’t be back. The pictures they post are very deceiving.

Our family enjoyed a four night stay here. The property is beautiful. I liked the murphy beds which were a good use of space in the living room. The condo is very convenient on the first floor and has everything you need provided. The bedroom is small but comfortable and is next to the parking lot and outer walkway with a sliding glass door that’s concealed with drapes. Sometimes people were loud in this parking lot during the night and you could hear them talking and yelling. That is the only minor thing that was an issue.
