Beautiful Ocean Views from this two bedroom condo with loft from living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. Ocean, pool and mountain views from lanai. Light and bright condo offers all the updates you can think of. New living room furniture, including 3 piece sectional, glider chair/ ottoman, media center with 50in flat screen -(new photos not yet taken). Tile floors in entrance, bath and kitchen. Beautiful, glass block and tile walk-in shower in master bath, and walk-in tile shower down stairs, both with tropical, designer tile. Kitchen offers granite counter tops, and spacious cabinets, with new refrigerator (with ice-maker) and glass top stove.. Queen hide-a-bed and comfy chair in loft area, as well as desk area with wireless router and wired printer. Tropical decor, with light rattan bedroom furniture. Flat screen TVs in living room (50 in) and downstairs bedroom (32 in). Fully equipped modern condo. Lanai closet for guest use with boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, picnic equipment, etc. Includes amenities not found in many other units including beautiful light wood ceilings, making the unit cooler, light and airy. Kitchen has wrap-around counters, giving lots more work space. Upper bedroom window opens to cooling ocean breezes. Paradise found!
