For the price paid the level of service, cleanliness, and just overall experience were sub-par. The "signature restaurant" experience was abysmal - I've had better take out food from a fast food restaurant. I had stayed at this property approx 10 years ago and was wowed - this experience left me lacking to say the least. Still a nice property but it has seen better days. For the price, most definitely go elsewhere.

smoking areas were beautiful but we are not smokers we wanted to sit at the water features but was forced to leave do to smokers im sure this is trivial but never the less
The staff was GREAT!! The cleanliness was AWESOME!! The construction taking place all around the grounds: not so great. Also, we paid premium seating for luau which was great but we were sat on second row directly behind someone who was sitting at head of table which blocked our view considerably.
The property was fantastic. Great location. With the construction, dining options were limited.
We had a great trip. We recently had a loss in the family. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Given the circumstances we made great memories. We will he back.
Horribly rude pool staff. Would never stay at the property. Also going through a renovation so another reason not to stay, I didn’t go to Hawaii to experience a construction zone. But ridiculously rude pool staff.
