The custom ocean view home is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath residence with an extra TV room as well. The home has P/V to cut the electric bill. The pool and spa setting is like an oasis with a four step waterfall in the background.
There is also an ocean/mountain view on the top level of the property to relax and enjoy the views. The inside features four bedroom each with its own bath. The fifth room is used presently as an office, but has a futon for another sleeping area. There is a Media room with 75" TV and Bose surround sound. The room features six movie type reclining chairs. There is a small galley with a refrigerator and sink for preparation of popcorn. The upper level features three lanais with one dedicated to a barbecue area.
There is a swing on the front side lanai to view endless sunsets. The Chef's kitchen features two islands and all stainless appliances. For convenience there is a hot water faucet for quick cups of coffee or tea. There is a dining area as well as an entertainment area. There is a separate laundry room with Bosch washer and dryer. The home also has a Sonos all home stereo system. You can play music in any room or decide to turn it off in rooms that you don't want to hear the music.
The home has a complete security system. It also has a Lorex Camera system as well as security lights around the property. The garage features one parking space and the outside driveway will have two additional parking spaces. The two story home is one long block to the beach and resides in a very quiet and well run neighborhood, Kilohana Ridge. It's just minutes to Wailea.
