Welcome to Kihei Akahi C320. This 3rd floor studio condo has a garden/Haleakala view with tropical foliage from the private lanai. Fully equipped and ready to host your Maui memories. The studio can accommodate 4 people and has in unit washer/dryer. Kihei Akahi is located in the heart of S. Kihei where some of the best beaches, dining, & shopping is located. The resort offers a pool, tennis courts, & more. Cross the street & end up at Kamaole II Beach park, a local and tourist favorite.
The layout:
Common area: Features a kitchen and dining table(2 chairs), TV with cable, Queen size bed, queen size sofa sleeper with linens, window AC system, ceiling fan, and In unit washer/dryer.
Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and single sink vanity.
Lanai: Enjoy seating for 2 on your private lanai. We supply beach gear for your use including chairs, umbrella, and a small cooler. Please clean sand off before bringing back in the unit.
Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.
We do have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

Walk out of the complex and find dining, shopping, and beach rental options. Cross the street and end up at Kamaole II Beach Park, a favorite for sunsets, picnics, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, whale watching, and lounging. There are also many more dining and shopping options in both directions on Kihei Road. Kihei Akahi haslush tropical grounds, tennis courts, and 2 pools.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.
Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

clean, super close to beach and thoughtful amenities
the unit is as pictured. quite clean. really appreciated how the owners thought of everything for the visitors - ie. kitchen with all utensils/ appliances, tupperware, etc that you would need to whip up any meal.
