Guests initially enter Surfscoter by walking up 4 exterior stairs from the driveway to the front porch. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the foyer, which leads to the living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway to the home's three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All of the rooms of the home are located on this one level. The sunroom is accessible from the kitchen and dining room. The back porch is accessibly from the living room, sunroom and primary suite.

NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night.
