Villa Margarita is a new modern spacious villa in superb condition. All amenities and service were excellent (not that we needed much service) and the pool (with mini whirl pool) was really good. The rear of the property could benefit from more mature landscaping to provide additional privacy from neighbouring properties (but guess this will come/grow). Location perfect - 10/15 min walk to Katelios waterfront (tavernas & bars) walking past several supermarkets & also 10/15 min to Paralia beach (Dreamcatcher taverna is highly recommended)

Gorgeous and comfortable villa. Very well appointed and lots of space. Newly built so gardens and plants are yet to grow so not very private from hotel or other villas. Hotel is very quiet too. Lovely pool and outside eating area. Fab location and super easy to walk to the small beach side street of restaurants. Would highly recommend. Great for family or 2 couples/friends.
