Hillside sea view family villa with stunning views and close to town

Sea View Villa is a 5 bedroom property with lots of space. It’s perfect for families, group of friends and even smaller groups that simply prefer a bit more space.

The house is designed with a modern feel to it. All 5 bedrooms are ensuite and have air conditioning units. Along with the spacious balconies you can enjoy a sundowner drink from the rooftop and soak up the spectacular sea view of Kalkan.

Sea View Villa comes with its own private large infinity swimming pool that again showcases the fabulous sea view. As the property is south facing, so you can enjoy sunshine by the pool terrace area all day. On the pool terrace you will discover a BBQ, loungers and parasols for those that like to take a bit of shade.

There is also table tennis for guest to use whilst staying at the house.

There is parking for one car in the garage beneath the house.

Seaview Villa

Location gives beautiful views but it's a good 20-30 mins downhill to the town. Approx 5 taxi back up the hills!Villa has lots of stairs- to the ground floor, to the pool, to bedrooms on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.Property manager very helpful, had issues with outside lights timer and safe which were sorted.Showers and dishwasher were temperamental though we didn't report this. Front door a little tricky to use.Villa very clean, pool attended to daily and he also brought fresh bread and took away all rubbish. This Villa suited our family requirements perfectly and we would stay here again

Fantastic villa, great views and helpful team.

We were a group of 10 adults - throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was well equipped, easy to find and only a 20 minute walk down to the harbour - we usually got inexpensive taxis back up the hill! The pool was a fantastic area for relaxing with deckchairs and umbrellas for all, and good air conditioning when sheltering from the heat. Very helpful resort team. Would come again!
