The hotel is very nicely maintained. The rooms are not large, but they are comfortable,, modern and clean. The staff is very, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included in their partner hotel, which is just a short walking distance. It is a nice breakfast, but be aware that if you avoid gluten, meat or dairy, the options are limited. We would stay there again.

I really liked this place. The staff stood out the most — they were genuinely kind and easy to talk to, not in that forced “service smile” way, but naturally welcoming. The interior is simple but well designed, everything feels intentional and comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better — close to everything without the noise or chaos. It just had a calm, pleasant atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again.

Property was ok - the room was definitely not worth what I paid per night…the bathroom tiles were cracked and mouldy, the shower leaked everywhere after use and overall the room was in a shabby state. Room ammenities were poor. Location is in the centre of town and the staff are friendly.

The manager Batu & his assistant Batu (2!) were first class.. nothing was too much trouble! Batu 2 came to ferry & carried our cases back to hotel, then up stairs, which was marvellous! Great view & balcony from our room but need a moveable umbrella so can enjoy it as otherwise it was far too hot! Very convenient location & friendly atmosphere at reception! Would highly recommend..
