Unwind and relax at this Cyclades style newly built 60m2 apartment in Paximada which is located 9km outside of Karystos. The apartment has a private entrance, 2 double bedrooms, bright living room which leads on leading to the balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with a shower and necessary toiletries included. The living room includes a sleeper sofa and dining room table which lends itself to dining with spectacular views.
The area is peaceful and quiet with a breathtaking view of the sea, mountains, neighbouring islands and is ideally located to capture beautiful sunsets. The apartment is only two minutes’ walk away from a private beach and is ideal for anyone who wants to relax, go swimming, snorkelling, hiking. surfing or fishing. There are many beaches to choose from located only 5-10 minutes’ drive away including an organised beach with a beach bar at Agia Paraskevi which is a well-known and vibrant beach in Evia. The nearest shops, supermarkets and restaurants are in Karystos.
