Overall their facility is new and looks nice, but I don't know why there are 3 steps in front of elevator, it made us very hard to carry our heavy luggage, I was just wondering how handicap or wheelchair access to the room? I want to complain that whole building was full of cigarette smelling, no matter elevator, hallway or our room, even the blanket was very smelled with smoking, I could not breathe and kept caughing during the night, so I had to wear facial mask all night! Breakfast was good, delicious and a lot of variety for choosing, but the only thing I think they should improve was the server made too much noise when she cleaned up the table. Although it was good but I don't think I will book the same hotel in my next trip.

We book a room with 2 queen beds. The room is so spacious! It is like a suite, but at the price of a standard room. We love the room. The hotel service is excellent. The breakfast is great. The worker at the breakfast area, Mrs. Chen, is really wonderful. We will come back again!

The hotel was great! Location of the MRT is very near and convenient. Breakfast was awesome and had good options of bread, dumplings, eggs, meat, fruits, veggies. Only thing would be, the hallway to the room smelled a little bit like cigarettes, and the beddings are a little bit worn out. Otherwise, this hotel is a great option for its price.

It is my second time stay but would be the last. Room was not cleaned up well. A lots of hair on the toilet floor and toilet was smelly. I finally sprayed the toilet area with water myself. Breakfast is not good. Flies all around the fruit plate. Good point: big room with good price, next to subway station.

We stayed for four days. The first day was weird because the room was partially made up with loose bedsheets and wet towels scattered all over. We had to get the receptionist to settle the issue for us. At least the restaurant serves 24-hours free snacks and drinks. Try to avoid 9am for breakfast as that seems to be the literal peak hour.
