The property is a bit dated, but very clean and well-maintained. It offers a lot amenities and services, the reception lady is very kind and friendly. Had a fantastic stay there and covers all the basics It is very clean, quiet and comfortable, offer laundry service and location is top notch. A 5 min walk from Formosa Boulevard Station gives you great connectivity for exploring Kaoshiung and there is fantastic night market across the street, multiple local restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Great value for money.

This was my second time staying here. The lovely couple are very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the Margerete room last time I was here. This time, I asked for it the day before, but it wasn't available. When I did check in the next day, they said I could have that room. It had a view of Liuhe Night Market, where I spend a lot of time. Coffee, tea, water, snacks, and laundry are all included, along with wifi and a very friendly atmosphere. This remains my favorite place in Taiwan to stay, and I highly recommend it. -RB

Tiny black mold particles blew out of AC register. They sprayed insecticide during our stay. it smelt bad other than health concern.

Convenient

Walking distance to the mrt station and with 7eleven beside the hotel. Nice vintage themed room. Hotel staffs are very friendly too. Will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit kaoh siung again.

Small but near station

It is a very small place with about 10 rooms in a commercial building. 300-400 meters from metro station and night market. Convenient for eating and travelling. But the room condition is just functionable. Don't expect too much. I also feel uncomfortable to leave my luggage at front desk. You may have a try if you like.

Nice theme hotel near Liuhe night market

Small cozy hotel with unique theme for each room located. The lobby and rooms are located on the 10th floor of an office building. Conveniently located near Liuhe night market and the MRT station. There is a 7-Eleven store just below the hotel.

Disappointing

I booked this hotel because I wanted somewhere a bit better than a cheap hotel. Overall I was disappointed by my stay. The hotel was not as nice as in the pictures and the room was noisy as most of the rooms are next to the lobby. I guess there are lots of hotels in this price range...some good and some not. I think this is not the best.

老闆ご夫婦が、高雄から観光すると良い地域のアドバイスを下さったり・梱包の為の段ボール箱を用意してくださったり、とても親切でした。奥さんが作ったホテル内の飾り付けが可愛かったです。何よりも「朝、洗濯物を籠に入れておいたら、夕方までに洗濯をしておいてあげる」と言ってくださった事は驚きでした。高雄、暑かったので大変助かりました。また宿泊したいです。

The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spot of Wulingyuan, and there are restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and kindly explained the sightseeing route to us, so we were able to get around smoothly. Thank you. It was a great hotel.
