Quiet cul-de-sac with driveway parking. This rental has 2 bedrooms and a large bath only to rest comfortably and quietly upstairs (no shared spaces). The owner occupies the first floor, and has indoor-outdoors cat. Guests stay on the second floor. Dogs are welcomed. No shared amenity . Enjoy time relaxing and napping near the beautiful waterfall on the landscaped patio. Enjoy the pine trees in the large backyard. Just a few miles and minutes away from shopping centers, and restaurants. Travel 15 minutes to Arrowhead Stadium, 20 minutes to downtown Kansas City, and 2 miles to the nearby grocery stores. Nearby you will find gyms, walking and biking trails. This beautiful home is perfect for you!!

Peggy is so kind and accommodating! It was like visiting a friend. My toddler and I stayed with her during the Thanksgiving holiday and it was the perfect space for us. We had everything we needed some. We were able to come and go as we pleased. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. We will definitely consider staying here again during our next visit.

Upon check-in of the property which was 3:00 p.m. we arrived actually after 4:00 p.m. as we had a time schedule for a show we wanted to quickly shower change and get up on our way for the festivities of the evening. From the moment we stepped foot in the property problems begin. As I had to make a quick errand to the store my fiance try to take a shower as she came out of the bathroom only in a towel to find the host there trying to clean the bathroom and apologize that she had taken a nap earlier the day and hadn't gotten to prepping for renters as we had set the accommodations up days in advance. The hostess herself was somewhat rude but not overly so. From that as I arrived back and got in the shower my fiance started to have sinus issues and her throat swelling as she did informed me that there were cats on the premises and my fiance is allergic. We promptly grabbed our bags through them in the car and got a hotel room for our stay as cats being on the premises is not something listed. It is a safety issue for someone such as my fiance but thankfully we removed ourselves quickly enough to where she only had to take some Benadryl and not take any further steps. I was not happy but as is a lower price point will not request a refund. The listing needs to be edited to make it more clear of what is actually there from a safety standpoint for individuals such as ourselves at a bare minimum.

My girls and I truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Mrs. Peggy is such a kind and generous hostess — it truly feels like staying with family. The house is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated. The upstairs space is peaceful and full of natural light, with comfortable beds and even a mini fridge in the bedroom with the TV. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, and we can’t wait to come back again! 10/10 stars!!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Peggy is a wonderful Hostess, she makes you feel like you're staying with family. My smallest issue is she has cats, and it's not clear on the listing. We have a dog, who was very welcomed, but he isn't a fan of any other animal. Glad to say there weren't any real issues with the situation. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Peggy is a strange and rude host. In summary, the shower was broken and she admitted she knew for days and didn’t tell us and was deeply offended when I didn’t want to have a bath. Plus there are CATS! She doesn’t tell you that. We had to leave a go to a hotel and argue with her for a refund.

My friend and I were in Kansas City for a football game. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and it was really close to the stadium. The house was clean and Peggy the property owner was awesome! She was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again the next time I'm in Kansas City.

Peggy was great!

Staying with Peggy was great! She had wonderful conversations with us and her 2 cats were very friendly. Finding her home was easy and if was perfect for what we needed. Me and my boyfriend did not hang out around the home as we were busy exploring, but Peggy spoke on how she does enjoy getting to know her guests, so if you wanted or needed to hang out, Peggy would be great company.

No house access!

Hello! If you are needing a place to sleep and take a shower this is the place but if you think you are renting the house for cooking or hanging out is not. Owner is always at the property and is very uncomfortable feeling, like is supposed to be a bed and breakfast but not really. Also, the owner has cats and if you are allergic like me it should be disclosed in her description that she will be there and that there is animals, it almost killed me. There was cat hair in the air and beds were okay.

Thoroughly enjoyed month my stay with Peggy. She was attentive, kind, and warm welcoming. I had the whole upstairs to myself for the month which was plenty for me and my pet cat. Even had my own spot in the driveway. First time in Missouri and I felt so welcomed I want to come back. Quiet home for bedtime hours which I LOVED. Blue springs is a beautiful town with a variety of things to do within a few miles from biking, shopping, or dining. 10/10 I’d book again with Peggy. Thank you Peggy for the wonderful stay.
