Not for youth group
There is no area for family to gather except the outside patio furniture. The house never got any cooler than 78 degrees. The shower heads were broke when we got there. I messaged the owner and they fixed them the following day. There is only road parking and finding a spot is about a block away. There was vehicle parked in front of the house that never moved once. The house is functional for a single family just not a youth group.
