The perfect retreat for the outdoor enthusiast. Located in the heart of Southern Utah with close proximity to three national parks, numerous hiking and biking opportunities and near some amazing restaurants. This spacious new construction 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably.

110 minutes to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon

This home features an open concept first floor with a well equipped kitchen with island seating to compliment the dining area. Other highlights include a balcony accessed through two of the bedrooms, large master bedroom with a gorgeous view, washer/dryer, garage parking for two and a small private backyard for star gazing.

The home is equipped with 3 queen size beds (one in each bedroom). All bedding, linens and towels are provided with your rental along with some basics (toilet paper, paper towels, hands soap, laundry supplies, etc). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc for cooking meals at the house. The living room features a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Showtime, etc and the house is equipped with high speed WIFI throughout.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.
