Fully Equipped!

This rental was a gem in downtown Kalamazoo! It came with multiple fireplaces and TVs. It was fully stocked with breakfast items and dishes. The children loved their connecting rooms, and having a TV for each of them was a luxury. The bathrooms are pretty, too. The host is super easy to communicate with. We’d stay here again!

Kalamazoo Stay

House was comfy, clean and conveniently located near downtown. Would rent again for sure. Advertised as 4 bedrooms but it’s really 3 as one of the rooms is a “Jack and Jill”. Other than that, this was a great place to stay.

Nicely stocked!

Have never stayed at a place that had so many amenities. Coffee, breakfast, snacks, condiments, games, fans…wow. Great set up for us with the sports room for the kids. The coffee bar was amazing. Great stay. Very close to a lot.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the property. We come to Kalamazoo to visit family and the house has everything we need to entertain and to rest. The home is well equipped and the location is central to many restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

Great House!

We had a great weekend staying at this house! The place was clean & had everything you would need. Two full bathrooms with plenty of towels. The bedroom arrangements are perfect for friends &/or families. The smart TVs & coffee bar were a nice bonus! Good location being close to ski resorts & walking distance to nearby restaurants. Highly recommend when staying in Kalamazoo.

This house was very spacious with adorable decorations and themed rooms. Large kitchen and dining area very much appreciated. Definitely room to relax and lounge. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom beautiful and stocked. We did not use laundry but it was a great space and very accessible. Lights on the porch were a nice touch. Coffee bar was great. Located a short walk from downtown area. The only concern I had was with street noise at night and was disappointed not to be more flexible with a little later check out as 10am was a bit of a rush. Otherwise perfectly enjoyable stay and would highly recommend and also stay there again if in the area. Great find!

Dutton Street Delight

This place on Dutton St. is just amazing! It was the perfect size for our group of 8 for the weekend. It was beautifully maintained, very nicely decorated and we felt right at home there. The host provides lots of amenities for his guests. He is also very communicative and responsive to anything that you might need. The house is in a great location within walking distance to downtown Kalamazoo. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property ~ Walk to Downtown

What an amazing property! Fully stocked with anything you can imagine, clean, beautifully decorated, and every detail taken care of for their guests. The communication from the owners is the best I’ve ever experienced, the willingness to meet every need is so refreshing, and frankly just down right friendly, like we’ve known each other for years. I’d recommend any properties owned by this couple! Fantastic property, don’t let the no driveway keep you away ~ street parking is plentiful! Loved this place, enjoyed the location, and even the neighbors were friendly! Way to go Katie and Jeremy!
