Property is even more beautiful than listed. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The large open plan kitchen living and dining made it spacious to move around cooking and socializing in. The pool is perfection! Best part was how well set up with supplies and gift baskets - beach bags everywhere. It was truly wonderful. Can't say enough. Thank you to the owners and Misty for making our stay incredible

Amazing stay!

Family reunion at this house was Perfect! House is clean and updated, with full bathrooms for each bedroom. Plenty of room for all inside and out. Proximity to beach was great as ocean wave sounds always in background. Favorite pastime was sitting on upper deck enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze with cocktails!

Beautiful and fun home

My husband and I just returned from 4 weeks stay in this beautiful home. We love Kailua especially in February when MA is cold. This home was perfect for 3 generations enough space to be together or quiet space alone with a book. . We grandparents could walk the beach, watch the sun rise . Our daughters could run on the beach, zip line. We all enjoyed the pool, close to marsh trail for 3 generation biking, easy to come and go to beach with beach wagon full of kid’s stuff. Misty could not have been a better, more helpful property manager.

The perfect stay

Incredible location, one house from the most beautiful beach in Hawaii. Misty, the property manager, is an angel. She fully stocked the house, and was so thoughtful with our children. We stayed for a full month and it made us want to retire in Kailua!

Coming Home

I grew up in Kailua late 50's - Early 60's. Came for my 60th KHS reunion. Brought the whole family and it was great. The TV system(s) are confusing/terrible but otherwise a very successful trip. Thanks for a good time had by all.

Perfect Home in Beautiful Location

The home is located at the end of a private road with access to a beautiful little path to Kialua beach. The home was immaculate, tastefully furnished, and maintained to a standard I have not seen at other VRBOs. The owners are detail-minded and it shows. -outdoor shower (which we used several times/day) -beautiful pool -highly maintained grounds -high-end furniture and bedding -brand new wood floors in main living area and travertine floors in kitchen and bath -high-end kitchen appliances I could go on, you get the idea. One more thing, the layout of the home is perfect. It's something not captured in the VRBO post.

Excellent Stay

Extremely well-managed, stocked, and gorgeous property for your Hawaii vacation. Don't hesitate-the best place we've ever stayed with VRBO. Every detail has been considered and perfect doesn't say enough. Misty was super on top of everything and gave us great suggestions-she is awesome. Loved the beach-it is literally one house away, kayaking to the Moks, rented bikes for the week, hiked the Pillbox and just had a great overall time with our family. Everything is new and so nice in the house-they had so many treats for us upon arrival, flowers and food. Just loved it all. Can't wait to come back. Mahalo!

Hawaiian hospitality at its BEST!

Beautiful home, and so well-appointed - Sasha thought of everything, from extra bath and laundry soaps, to movie-watching snacks and even a "Welcome" sign and homemade muffins upon our arrival. Wow! We were wanting for nothing. The outdoor space is awesome, including the private walled-in pool and fire-pit patio. The beach path is a few moment's walk to the most amazing stretch of oceanfront we've ever experienced. All the beach necessities are in the garage for you, including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a wagon to carry it all to the beach. Can't say enough about how 'Amazing' this Kailua Beach House is!

Multi-family vacation dream!

We had the most wonderful week. Sasha thought of everything. From setting up baby gates for the toddler we had with us, to special gifts for the kiddos, to just every thoughtful accommodation you could think of (sound machines in the bedrooms, kids channels already set up on Netflix, and so much more). The property was beautiful and exactly how it appears in the pictures. We loved the sunrise every morning and pool time every day. An incredible place to relax on your vacation. Would love to come again! Mahalo!

We stayed a little over a week in this truly “amazing” beach house and it was heavenly. We were 4 adult couples and the lay out of the house was perfect as we all had our own bathrooms and the two levels added more space and privacy. Grandchildren came over and the playroom downstairs for a five year old was Disneyland and would be even more perfect for older kids with the air hockey and football games. Everything about this house was perfectly thought out to make your stay effortless down to every detail, beach bags in each closet and an umbrella, every kitchen tool you could possibly want and laundry. Would definitely pack less on next visit. Of course the icing on the cake is the short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Kailua and a beautiful private pool with an outdoor shower. I could go on and on but I think you are getting the picture it’s “AMAZING “ would love to back some day real soon.

Best House in 10 years of rentals in Kailua

Aloha Fellow Travellers! We have been renting houses in Kailua for the last 10 years for family vacations. This house is the best rental we’ve ever had! We are are a group of nine (six adults - including 2 Grandparents- and three children ages 10 and 5). The House: -Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a great neighbourhood - Living Room/Decks: lots of relaxing and movie watching on comfortable couches, chairs. Space for everyone. Great cross breeze comes through - Sleeping: very comfortable beds with quality linens, pillows. A/C in each bedroom. Nice closets/dressers make unpacking easy. TV’s in bedrooms make it fun at night to relax and watch shows/movies. En-suite bathrooms in each bedroom were great. - Kitchen: It was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever been in and on top of that cooking is made easy due to the incredibly well designed and organized layout. We ate inside (kitchen island and dining table) and outside and thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen and BBQ. - Games Room: both kids and adults LOVED the games room. Acrade, air hockey, table soccer, toys, games, books etc -Pool: largest pool we’ve ever had with a house rental. We were in the pool multiple times a day. Great lounge chairs and umbrella by the pool and pool toys - Beach: private access to the beach in front of the house (1 minute walk from the house if that). We were at the beach daily. We used the beach items supplied by the house. Chairs, boogie boards, pails, shovels/toys etc Lots of quality beach towels provided. -Location: great location to grocery stores, drugstores, banks, coffee shops, shopping, restaurants etc. We love staying in Kailua and doing day trips! Finally, communication is crucial when renting properties. Sasha exceeded our expectations! She was very responsive and great to work with. Our group received a welcome basket filled with treats, delicious tray of baked muffins, gifts for the kids and a beautiful flower arrangement. Our group was met with in person to do a walk through of the house showing us where everything is and how it works etc. The last day plane survival bags were given to the children and grandparents. Extremely thoughtful. Every member of our group (from Canada and Australia) highly recommends this house!

Gorgeous property and really great host!

The pictures don't do this home justice. It is absolutely beautiful and you can see the ocean from the upstairs deck. The pool is great and the home was spotless and well organized. Sasha was also there for us with any questions and left lots of great tips. Thank you Sasha!

“Amazing” doesn’t do this wonderful property justice!

We use VRBO regularly and have been in some really great properties. We just stayed one week at the AMAZING Kailua Beach House, and it is quite honestly the best place we have ever been lucky enough to find! The home is tastefully decorated, with high end kitchen appliances, and plenty of space for my husband and our three adult children and their spouses. The beach is pristine and was never crowded, and there are boogie boards, beach chairs, children’s toys (which we had no need for but were plentiful for all ages), as well as a sturdy wagon for transporting them on the short walk using the private beach access trail. Thirsty beach towels were plentiful and used a lot! The private pool was heavenly. There are lots of games in the game room As wonderful as the property is, our week was made even more special by our wonderful hostess, Sasha! She greeted us with mai tais and delicious Hawaiian snacks (including homemade banana muffins - simply yummy!), I can’t say enough about all the special touches (water bottles next to the bed, beach bags in all closets, shampoo in all bathrooms, s’more fixin’s for use with the firepit, etc), and Sasha even let us know when there was a highway closed and suggested routes to use in the event we were traveling that day! Mahalo, Sasha, for sharing your lovely home with us, and helping to make our vacation so incredible!

Not just Amazing, but Awesome!

Our family of 6 have been coming to Kailua periodically for over 15 years, and the Amazing Kailua Beach House is by far the best property we have ever rented, in Kailua or elsewhere. It can comfortably sleep 8 and there is plenty of space, including a great games room and two living areas to watch TV. The kitchen is spotless and everything is new and well organized. There are so many little touches, such as well placed hooks and drying racks for towels and swimwear, beach bags and umbrellas, a beautiful welcome basket full of treats, a gas fire pit with makings for S'mores (a favourite for the kids). Too much to mention. The pool is super private and large with plenty of shade, and the beach is a one minute stroll down a beach access lane. Perfect. Furthermore, Sasha is a delightful and gracious host, always willing to communicate about any little thing and going above and beyond to make your stay extra special. I have never been so impressed, and we can't wait to come back. Thanks you Sasha and the Amazing Kailua Beach House for a truly AMAZING holiday. Mahalo!

Look No Further....Seriously.

We have been bringing our family to Kailua for 10 plus years and our previous renter has quit renting her property out for the most part, so we were looking for a new place to rent very close to our old place, and we've found it. The Amazing Kailua Beach House is clean, comfortable, spacious, and has everything you could need and thensome. We rent vacation homes frequently, and have many times had to run out upon arrival and purchase toilet paper, paper towels and other basics. Not here. Sasha has literally thought of everything to ensure that you're as relaxed as possible from the moment you arrive. She had thoughtful welcome gifts, a very complete and handy instructional binder, and one day when it rained she texted us offering suggestions of local indoor activities. Upon departure, Sasha stopped by and provided our kids with treat bags for the plane ride home. Never has a host ever done that for us, and we probably rent homes in various locations an average of 5 times per year. The place was childproofed immaculately, and the pool was fully fenced; which was a huge load off of my mind, as I didn't have to stress about our younger toddlers having any accidents. The path to Kailua Beach is right outside the front door, literally steps away, and it's a well groomed, easy, flat quick walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the entire world- I'd guess a one minute to 90 second walk? Loved having the utility wagon to haul the provided beach chairs and sand toys. So thoughtful. The outdoor shower with HOT water was AWESOME to rinse off sand after the beach; no more standing around shivering while hosing down cold, sandy, crying kids. YAY! Our favorite part of the home was enjoying the early mornings (we pretty much stayed on west coast time) sitting on the back deck and greeting the day with coffee while listening to the crashing waves. You cannot hear any other noise other than the ocean. Book Sasha's place... you will not regret it. We truly felt the spirit of "aloha" and cannot wait to get back!!

Extraordinary experience at the stunning Amazing Kailua Beach House!

Our group of 7 (6 adults and 1 child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Amazing Kailua Beach House. We found everything we needed and more from kitchen tools to beach and pool nesessities! The house is thoughtfully appointed, very clean and well organized. It’s so nice that each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The beds were very comfortable with high quality pillows and bedding. The games room downstairs was also well used! There are more than enough toys and board games for all ages to enjoy. We also took advantage of all three beautiful outdoor areas on the property. To have the beach so close and a safely fenced off pool in the yard made it so much easier to have fun and relax with a 4 year old. The landscaping is so lush and regularly maintained. We loved the banana trees! We have stayed at many properties all over the world and you won’t find one with a better host as the Amazing Kailua Beach House has in Sasha. All of the thoughtful personal touches she put together for our family’s stay weren’t unnoticed and much appreciated. She also had great recommendations re activities and dining. Sasha was always very quick to respond to any question we had. We have been to all of the Hawaiian Islands and Kailua Town is definitely our favourite spot by a long shot and is easy to access any other area on Oahu from this unbeatable location. We had an unforgettable experience at the Amazing Kailua Beach House and were so very sad to leave!

Close to beach - Wonderful Kailua House!

The vacation / the home / the owner are all fantastic and as advertised in the pictures. Sasha's attention to detail showed right down to the welcome items that was above and beyond. The house was generous with many high end touches not typically found in most rentals - the kitchen was stocked with spices and appliances as if I were cooking from home - a true executive home. The bedrooms were perfect everything was well-appointed. Why only 4-4.5 stars - The only issue (if I was going to try and find one) was the pool. It was absolutely fine, clean, and large enough but it was just disconnected from the rest of the house and did not feel like it was a part of the property. The pool is separated by a fence that is solid and high and you could not see it from the other outdoor spaces. That said, it was nice to jump in after a hot day on the beach.

PERFECT Kailua Vacation

As you can see by the photos, the house is absolutely PERFECT. Sasha was the perfect hostess and welcomed us with fresh baked muffins and locally made snacks. We really enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen, making it hard to come back to our kitchen. This end of Kailua beach is pristine and not too crowded and we loved dipping in the water early in the morning and again in the evening. The pathway to the beach was super easy, sometimes we would just walk down in our suits, no slippers! The warm outdoor shower was great to come back to. The trade winds blow nicely through the house, keeping it cool and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the pillows!! Sasha was available at anytime to us which was really nice. She helped us procure a turkey for Thanksgiving which was super awesome and ensured that we had the kitchen equipment to make our holiday meal complete. All of her little touches really made this vacation the best yet. We highly recommend the Amazing Kailua Beach House!!
