Das Zimmer war sauber, die Bettwäsche wurde jeden Tag komplett ausgewechselt! Das Personal im ganzen Hotel sehr herzlich und korrekt, ich war die einzige Weisse zur Zeit dort. Ich fühlte mich nie wie eine Aussenseiterin,beim Abschied wurde ich sofort gefragt ob ich nächstes Jahr wieder kommen werde! ...

Great staff, clean modern rooms, well kept hotel, central location. Good food and the restaurant food is avaliable 24/7. Better price point than a lot of bigger hotels with the same level of decor. Loved it, i would definitely stay there again.

Terrible service and deceitful adverts
I did not stay atvthe hotel because on my arrival atvthe hotel, I was told thete was no room for me. The said they do not honour bookings done online or through a 3rd party such as hotel.com, hence I was left stranded and had get a taxi to physically look for another hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, it was a clean environment both inside and outside but the mattress, bed sheets, bed covers and towels were thoroughly overused and looked unpleasant. The internet was also slow and lagging
