Nice place for a couple of nights. Area was close to everything. Host was great at communicating and seemed very nice. Left us snacks and essentials in bathroom. It felt like my grandmothers home from 60 years ago. Needs a little work, but nice.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The host even left us some snacks. My only disappointment was that the master bedroom did not have a smart TV. Otherwise I highly recommend this property.

Worked for the purpose of what we needed

We were in town for a wedding that was 5 minutes down the road. This worked for that purpose because we were not at the house much. I would probably not stay here if I was vacationing.I will say, the host was great with communication from time of booking to checkout and the check in was easy with the door access pad.

Great Rental Property

This home is great property. Very clean and well maintained. Thanks for the little extras that were there, like the snacks, water, laundry soap and bathroom shampoos and soap. The little things you sometimes forget.Very quiet neighborhood and close to family we were visiting.

Comfortable home for a family with kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend. It was in a good location the easy access to a main road to get you where you needed to go. The beds were comfortable to sleep in as well.

Booked for my husband's outof town family to attend my granddaughter's wedding

They were pleased with their stay. Close to wedding venue. Host has provided everything they need. Kitchen equipt for meal. Beds were comfy as was the whole place. The host very responsive and accommodating . Very clean

Lovely house, everything you need!

Perfect for what we needed and easy to get to. House is very cozy, spacious and clean. It has a fenced in backyard with a little patio. The rooms were very large. They had snacks and board games. Host communicated well with clear instructions. I would stay here again.

We didn’t get to spend much time at the house as we were there for a short time. It was conveniently located and had everything we needed. The house was very homey and they had a lot of nice extras. Checking in was easy. Thank you!

Comfy cozy

Whole house was very clean and cozy, and host responded promptly to messages. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with necessities, beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good. Be aware that it is just off a highway, so expect road noise well into the night - mostly not bothersome, but there were a few loud cars and motorcycles. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit our son at ETSU.

Not a resort, but pleasant, peaceful, spacious. No steps anywhere — good for older people or anyone with trouble getting around. Bathing and kitchen supplies and snacks provided. I was concerned about the quality of the neighborhood based on pictures and google street view, but it was fine. Very quiet.
