Located in Washington Street (in the heart of Hoboken) and just four short blocks from the subway station, is your stunning 3 bedroom apartment ONLY TEN minutes to Manhattan!!

The residence is surrounded with plenty of natural light and features a fully equipped kitchen including all the appliances and small wares to prepare home-cooked meals. A washer and dryer are available in the apartment.

You will be able to relax at the end of your day in the spacious living room while watching NETFLIX on a 50 inch flat screen tv. The residence is just a short walk to public transportation and the 24hrs subway station into New York City!

The entire apartment is all yours to enjoy. We have a lock box allowing for easy check in and check out. Please be aware that you need to cross the second bedroom in order to enter to third bedroom.

A: There is a 24/7 parking lot four blocks from the apartment , located across the street from the Hoboken PATH station. The cost is $30/day. The name of the parking company is Central Parking and it is located on the corner of Observer Hwy and Washington Street at 1 Washington St, Hoboken, NJ 07030.

A: From the Hoboken PATH Subway Station (which is about four short blocks from the apartment), Manhattan is one stop away which takes about 7-10 minutes. The PATH Subway runs 24/7.
