Carpets were badly stained and other floor surfaces were sticky/tacky. One plug in located in the bathroom and it wasn’t usable due to a switch under it. Coffee station set up but no plug to use it. Pool area was littered with stuff on the floor and hot tub didn’t work. Very disappointed since online it seemed decent.

Front desk was helpful. Extremly loud and very disruptive patrons after 10:30 at night. I asked them polietly to calm down as my children were trying to sleep. They continued. Front desk asked them to call down and leave they refused. Front desk said she called the cops but they told her they were busy. We left before mighnight.

Pool and hot tub are nice, good breakfast selections. The property is in need of some updates. Floors where dirty everywhere. Pool room floor was filthy and paint peels off on your feet.

All good until we checked out of our room on the 3 floor and learned the elevator was not working. This required alot of effort to get our luggage and belongings down to our car. As a result, were were late for our event we were attending. A hotel serving such a large guest population should have more than one elevator av avaliable.

Hotel is definately showing it's age. Management & housekeeping could do better with cleaning & even shampoo the carpets. Our first room had large white crusty stains on the bedding & the bathroom was used. Management put us in a different room. Second room was better but carpet needed to be vacuumed better. Found empty pill capsules on the floor. Carpet needed to be shampooed as my bare feet turned black from the floor. It was good enough for the price & we only stayed 1night.
