Great and Helpful Desk Staff

First room had not been cleaned after we checked in (bed unmade, trash on floor, wet towels on the couch) so went back to the front desk. Angel was working and sincerely apologized and was so very nice and helpful and gave us a new room with a wonderful upgrade. She turned a bad experience into a good one!

Beds looked nice but very uncomfortable they were hard I have back and hip issues so very restless night. Other than that the hotel is very nice staff members very helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms and hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. While the building has older design and feel to it, the facilities was very clean and neat. The hotel is located near Walmart and Sam’s club which made quick shopping trips super fast and convenient. It’s located near gas station and other important places for travel. Totally would recommend staying here.

Our check in was very smooth Angel was great. The rooms were clean and the pool was nice. I accidently left my phone charger in the room. Cheyenne and Shane went out of their way to locate it and get it returned to me. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend !!
