The drain did not work in the bathroom sink, water backed up. Could not control the air conditioning in the room, very COLD!! Call the desk, but the guy who came couldn’t do anything about it So I turned AC completely off, and then it was too hot. Quite an uncomfortable night.

From the time of the pick up from the airport to checking out, the service of the staff was excellent. Shuttle driver was punctual and directions to the meeting area was clear. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and smiling.
