The staff and amenities are excellent. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. You might be concerned by the industrial neighborhood on the way to the hotel, but the facilities are safe.

I stayed at FM7 primarily as I had a very early flight out of Indonesia, and its location was ideal for this. In addition, the hotel has a shuttle bus that leaves right on time and gets you to and from the airport quickly. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities good and the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you're transferring onward, highly recommend!

The service staffs were amazing. The location was conveniently close to the airport but a little out of the way from other places. The hotel amenities were also wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Would definitely go back!
