Property was located conveniently to the beach. It was also clean and well appointed. Check in was very easy. That said, there were a couple of things that made the property just fine. There were messages on the thermostat dictating the temp could not go below 72. The house just got stuffy. Adding to that, the living room ceiling fan didn’t work. I ran that by the owner and he told me to try the switch on the wall. Told him I’d done that and tried all switches and remotes but nothing worked. I got no response to that. Lastly, the presentation of the exterior home was a bit different than what we saw in the photos. There were broken folding chairs in the front of the house. Back yard was a bit of a mess and the picnic table on the top deck had half a seat broken off with the shards of wood scattered around. Again, our stay was fine but those little things detracted from the overall experience.
