The Space:

This charming two-story home features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, with an inviting open floor plan. Minimum reservation of 6 night required, per HOA.

-We also rent out the home located right next door for larger family trips!



Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each sink in unit will come with handsoap, as well as bath, hand, and wash rags.

Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge.



Pets may be considered for long-term bookings (30 nights or more) on a case-by-case basis, with approval, message for more details. Additional fees do apply.

Guest Access:

Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

Situated on First Avenue, this home resides in a charming neighborhood bustling with families. Nearby, renowned dining spots like Sliders, The Surf, and Sandbar await, while the ocean beckons just across Fletcher Avenue. Eato Chef, a mobile restaruant with outdoor seating, is located steps from the property! Amazing area to walk around, comfortably situated in an amazing part of the island. Short drive to Historic Downtown as well as beaches like Main and American Beach!



Getting Around:

Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all. Rent a golfcart and enjoy endless cruising around the island! When you're all finished, park in your two-car garage!

All properties are self-check-in

You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival

You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival



DEPOSIT INFORMATION

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property



OTHER FEES:

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

*10% OF THE BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

*FOR CANCELLATIONS 61 DAYS BEFORE THE RESERVATION: 90% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE

*FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 31-60 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION: 50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE
