A very good alternative to hotels. House is one block from the beach. The house has 2 units: ground floor and 2nd+3rd floors which are separate from each other. Guests will be able to use ground floor (first floor) of this 3 floor house. Entrance is on the side of the house with a driveway. Second and third floors are separate units/address. Front porch has unobstructed view of the beach. Internet/Wifi is available. Accommodates 2 adults with 2 children. A queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Owner is available locally and can be contacted anytime. Parking included. Walking distance from downtown Jacksonville Beach, Seawalk pavilion and numerous beach bars. Great little place and location

As a construction worker, i noticed several flaws in the workmanship that went into the place, but definitely not a deal breker. We had a great time and its a great little getaway spot.

The Perfect Getaway

We’ve stayed here twice now. Simple charm, clean, great proximity to the beach and restaurants! Plus they provide beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for you. Don’t hesitant, rent it!

We loved EVERYTHING above this property: perfectly decorated,spacious,relaxing apartment within a quiet neighborhood close to the beautiful beach,family restaurants, parks,and shops. This place has it all!

The perfect location for beach lovers. This apartment was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Rene was incredibly responsive to questions and helpful in acquainting me with the area. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. I loved it so much I booked again for next year!
