Gorgeous hotel surrounded by mountains, nice restaurants for all types and easily accessible to parks and downtown square. The king bedroom has a lovely view, super clean and fresh cookies offered every day.

The staff was poor at best. We asked fir our room to be cleaned multiple times. We stayed there for 1 week and they only cleaned it once. Food was subpar even for Hampton. Management asked to call me and listen to our issues and of course they never did. Great location close to everything. Apparently they know it and don't put the effort in. Poor manager.

Beautiful property. We appreciated easy parking and no steps into the building. We missed the warm cookies we had on our first night. We like recycling availability. The room is very nice and pictures beautiful. The bathroom vanity was very small and mostly taken up by a tissue holder; suggest that a holder be placed elsewhere.

The property is beautiful with the mountain scenery, the fire-pit, and even the cute "Whoa" stop sign. We appreciated the warm cookies and bottled water at check-in. We also liked the handy recycling bins. We were somewhat disappointed in the room, as there appeared to be mold or discoloration in the shower, white flakes on toilet that scattered everywhere, and dust in the corner in the bath. The blackout curtain didn't stretch the entire way. There is not enough space between the bed and the wall furniture; for an accessible room, a person in a wheelchair would not have been able to get to the window to see the view. The pictures in the room were beautiful. The potatoes at breakfast tasted great, except that they were cold.

I have previously stayed in the Jackson Hampton in hotel. The past years where great. My last stay was going well. Until they checked us out early. Check out was at 11 am. I had got 2 rooms. Apparently when we came back from an outing. The second room was checked out. My father walked in to the room and the room had been cleaned. My daughter stated that a guy stopped her and said that the room was cleared to be checked out. They had grabbed their belongings and put them up. When I told the man that we hadn't checked out he said that it was put on his list to be checked out. I told him I will just talk to the person down
