This Hotel and staff are amazing. I stay 1 night but location is perfect 3 min. Walk to Metro. You can come from both airport with trajn easly. Easy to walk shopping centers and there is a lit of reustorant and cafe's near by. And Hotel breakfast also good. Definately recommended.

Otel yepyeni ve tertemizdi, personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Fakat köşedeki 24 saat açık lastik tamircisinin çekiç sesinden gece kaç kez uyandım sayamadım. Sabah resepsiyon ile bunu paylaşmama rağmen etrafta inşaat mı var bilmiyoruz dediler, otel kapısından çıkar çıkmaz lastikçiye gece de mi açıktınız diye sormam, sesin nereden geldiğini anlamama yetti. Eminim ki tek rahatsız olan misafir ben olmamışımdır bugüne kadar. Bu konunun çözülmesi otelin hak ettiği memnuniyeti bulmasına yardımcı olur.

Çıkışta çay ve kahve ikram edelim diye her iki gorevlininde ayrı ayrı sorması dahada güzel, Müşterilere karşı çok ilgili bir personelleri var. İstanbul'da kısa süre lde popüler oteller sıralamasında ilk sıralara yerlesecektir. Konum olarak da VW arena, istinye park, vadi İstanbul l, ramspark heryere çok yakın.

İki odamız vardı. Bir odada dört gün konaklandı ve yalnızca bir kez temizlendi. Diğer odada üç gün konaklandı o oda hiç temizlenmedi. Söyleyince de personel yok düğme vardı oraya basmanız gerekiyordu gibi hiç ikna edici olmayan açıklamalar yaptılar. Otelerde odaların temizlenmesi ve toparlanması kural, temizlenmemesi ise (müşteirinin talebi doğrultusunda) istisnadır. Bu otelde bu tamamen tersıne dönmüş durumdaydı.
