As an end unit, this is one of the few Tidewater condos that has a front and back porch. Enjoy dinner overlooking the ocean/pool or walk across the street to watch golfers try their luck at the thirteenth hole of the Dunes' course. Just steps from a pool shared between two buildings, guests at Tidewater I104 traveling with young children are close enough for the family to move between the pool and the unit for sunscreen and bathroom breaks. Families will be sure to enjoy both the large pool and kiddie pool, cooking meals at the community gas grill, or sitting under the pergola. This condo has direct beach access, about a two-minute walk from the screened porch to the salty sea. Enjoy an ocean and community pool view from the living room, master bedroom, and the screened porch. Outdoor Community pool is open April 1-end of September (not heated or cooled).

Located within the gated community of Wild Dunes, guests at Tidewater I104 can try out numerous on-site restaurants, rent bicycles and explore the miles of paved bike trails thought the community, or ride on the beach. Outside of Wild Dunes, vacationers are not far from Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant, and Charleston.

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
