Guest check in hosts were rude

The location and convenience to the beach is the only reason I intend coming back. But k am disappointed that only one service elevator was working considering that it’s going to be a busy weekend. The staff have been very helpful though but the owner needs to fix that elevator.

Hotel was amazing. The staff was great easy easy access to the beach and close to many amenities and other outdoor activities shopping, water, sports, etc. This is our new go to !

We are a family of four and stayed for three nights and loved it! Very clean property, friendly staff and great location, close to many beaches and parks. Our son left his glasses behind and Jo at the front desk was so gracious and helpful to coordinate ups shipping to have them sent back to us. She went above and beyond and that too with so much kindness and concern. Rare to see such service these days. Thank you!
