This property is pretty well kept. The check in was smooth and the people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was everything I wanted. The cleaning staff was on point with every request. Breakfast was lovely. If you don’t mind walking a little longer to get to your room, book this place.

This property is located in the quieter part of Isla Holbox. We enjoyed being able to walk into downtown while staying in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants around the block, and the beach is a few blocks away. We'd recommend.

Cute little boutique hotel. Walking distance to the beach. It’s far from downtown. Not well insulated so you hear a lot of the atvs driving around at night and all the staff in the mornings getting ready for the day. Concierge was very friendly, restaurant staff could have been more pleasant.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast good. Roads horrible hard to get anywhere due to huge puddles. Hard walking. Lots of noisy ATVs all day long. Close to beach but hard walking. Long ways from town. No pool. Clean

The sand but there's not much that can be done about it. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I do recommend this hotel. Once the surrounding area are complete, the area will be beautiful. I saw flamingos right outside the main entrance.

Hotel was nice, it was a bit away from the center part of Holbox where the restaurants and activities are. If that's what you're seeking this place is perfect. Room was small but clean and thoughtfully decorated. The daily breakfast was so wonderful and delicious. overall a great stay, enjoyed our time in Holbox.

Hotel pequeño muy bonito, habitaciones cómodas bueno para una estadía familiar y hacer todos los entretenimientos en Holbox. Excelente calidad. Precio. Personal. Amable. Cerca de Playa cocos. Cocos y área bioluminiscencia. Comunicación muy efectiva y te ayudan a coordinar transportes desde Cancún, aeropuerto a Chiquilá ferry y taxis. Excelente servicio.
