Muy bueno lo recomiendo, la playa de las mejores de Puerto Rico

We loved our stay at the Hau Villas in beautiful Isabela. The water was rough last week so we were blessed to have the protected 'blue hole' at the resort so we could enjoy the water and explore the marine life with no problems. We loved the on-site restaurant, although we can only vouch for dinners, which were excellent. The rooms are clean but basic; but nothing beats being right on the water, laying in a hammock on your semi-private porch, listening to all the sounds of Mother Nature and the waves lapping. Check in was easy. Service was pleasant. The resort is secure. There is close access to the Isabela boardwalk. This would be a great place for large parties as they have different size Villas and Casitas depending on the size of your party. The only things we would have liked is washcloths, paper towels, hooks for hanging towels and wet clothing, and add USB ports to the room. And don't be so stingy on the toilet paper! We recommend Hau and look forward to returning!

Location of the property was incredible. Amazing view and close to many restaurants. The condition of the villas is a little outdated, but the colorful casita idea love it !

Beach and scenery are beautiful.

Location is beautiful, the on site restaurant was good but they really should supply beach towels and make the AC easier to deal with... we froze. The people were courteous and efficient.

I booked this Village 3 months ago and Grace (staff) said 2 times that my village was in the first floor. When I arrived she just told me that the only available village was in the 2nd floor. Very disappointed when your mom from 67yo has problems with her knees. Other thing, The water started to run out, we wait 15 minutes in the shower waiting the water run again. NOT RECOMMENDED.

These hotel has the most amazing view but ffor 200 a night I am expecting nice towels , sheets and pillows..and at least coffee maker and free coffee and water. Your bed sheets were old, pillows are cheap, let's not even talk about the towels...I think tyhe owner can afford buying fabric softener..I feel I has a scrub every time I used the towels. As per the cleaning, you must train your cleaning crew...if you are coming to change tyhe towels please sweep and cvlean the bathrooms...and they need to learn how to make a bed...it was quite shocking to have me ask for toilet paper every time...I think 200$ a night would buy me extra toilet paper and soap... The hot water comes and goes and I understand you are doing your best after the storm but then don't charge as a full resort if you can afford to offer cleanliness and comfort to the guess..so quite a dissapoitment

Overall nice place to stay, beautiful views go out your back door and your on a great beach. Rooms are a solid 3 - 3.5 star, some things such as iron and blow dryer are not in the room but quickly brought to us by house keeping once requested. TV picture was grainy, WiFi is weak in the rooms and cell phone service is spotty so be prepared for that. The restaurant is good serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly and again the views and beach are wonderful. Would go again with family.

Pool is filthy, needs to be scrubbed and cleaned.rooms are right on the beach. The restaurant service was horrible. The first round of drinks took 25 minutes. It was downhill from there. An hour and a half later came dinner. I would avoid this place and just leave the resort.

had a great time you don't have to leave everything there

From the moment I arrived to when we left it was like being in paradise. Going back next year and stay longer. The water is so clear. The service is amazing, the room is extremely beautiful and the view is spectacular, already planning for next year.

Our visit was very short but sweet. The studio we got was very relaxing and we loved the porch overlooking the beach. The restaurant was great, as was the staff. The beach looked beautiful although we were not able to stay long enough to enjoy. Christina at the front desk was extremely helpful in giving us all the information we needed to return to San Juan on time. We would love to return and experience all they have to enjoy.
