Beautiful vacation location in PR

Very relaxed and beautiful location. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. With a small shop and food truck in walking distance.The pool and playground are great, while the beach is stunning. A walk on the beach also leads you to great restaurants.

Great base camp

Nice unit, as described. Location (once you find it) is really good. The view is beautiful and it's a short drive or long walk into the restaurant area, and really convenient to Jobos Beach, which is fun for both daytime - beach & activities - and nighttime. There's a whole strip of shops, restaurants and bars along the "road" behind the beach, and it's great. Super convenient, fun area. Crash Boat Beach is an easy drive, and we ventured over to waterfalls and a couple of other areas. All really easy to do from there, and local stores/markets if you want to shop aren't too far. The unit itself is fine. Kids loved the bunkbeds and the main br bed was pretty comfy. Main reasons I gave it 4 vs 5 are that it could definitely use a little updating (a couple of things here and there kind of falling apart, and washer/dryer is a bonus but dryer doesn't shut off so you have to time it); the internet is brutally slow and so as a Verizon customer I basically just put my phone away for a week (my wife's TMobile was fine); and it's not really stocked with anything, which was a drag. For a beachfront property to not have at least an umbrella and a couple of chairs was a bit of a shock. And as much as we like to enjoy local restaurants, we also like to cook - there's nothing in the kitchen besides what you bring in, so make sure to stock quite literally everything you need. There are a couple of pots and pans, and dishes, but that's about it. Overall really good stay, though.

Family vacation

Exceptional location near beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The property was clean with plenty of bath/beach towels. Kitchen and appliances are outdated. I did not want to eat there. There are signs everywhere telling you what not to do, I found it tacky. Apartment needs a major renovation, until this is done perhaps the owner can invest in buying some extra linen, a better cover for the sofa, better curtains for the windows, and a nice coffee maker.

Amazing stay

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was as described with an amazing beach view. We checked in extremely late but didn't run into any challenges. Upon booking host provides detailed instructions on property rules, check-in, etc. The property staff were extremely nice. A suggestion would be to provide some, tea, coffee, spices and oils for cooking and beach equipment. Overall, we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful View

Arnold was the ultimate hosts. The listed property was just as he described and more. The view from the patio is gorgeous! Arnold responded immediately with any questions and even sent a repair person for a minor fix. The rooms were so comfortable and the whole apartment was pristinely prepped for our arrival. The beach right in our backyard was gorgeous. There were many food options right in the neighborhood.

Exactly as described

The property was a 15 minute walk from Jobos Beach. Lots of local bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches. There’s also a food truck lot as soon as you come out of the property! Great breakfast place! We had a great stay and will definitely return!

Amazing location and space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location of the unit on the first floor right in front of the dunes is wonderful. Very private, clean and comfortable. The proximity to great food and an amazing variety of beaches make this a wonderful base camp to explore Isabela and other places on the western side of the island. We were given a fantastic recommendation by the very friendly security guard to check out the beach "Pozo Teodoro" a few miles up the road. It was the PERFECT spot to swim and snorkel with our six year old. Highly recommend it for families/kids. The pool at the complex was really nice too. We'd love to come back and stay here again soon!

A Dream

Honestly, this place was a dream to stay there. From the beach views outside our apartment to the comfortable kitchen and rooms and great showers, it was all wonderful. The host was a great communicator as well. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful location

Location, property and beach were beautiful. The condo was comfortable and clean. Walking distances to great restaurants and short drive to some of the best beaches on the northwest side of island. The only reason I rated property a 4 star was the kitchen and a few small touches that could have made a difference. Kitchen had lots of wear n tear and was missing things like appropriate amount of glasses, basic spices, dish towels etc. Also a couple beach chairs, blow dryer would have been great. Overall good stay.

Right on beach

There is a gate and a security guard. We had to wait over 15 minutes a few times to get into complex. Right on the beach, but it’s rocky and not For swimming. Condo was clean. About 20 minutes to Aguadilla and 45 to Rincon. Some restaurants right down the road.

Incredible Location, needs a few updates

This property is in the perfect location, the proximity to everything and the view were incredible. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. The only things keeping me from giving this a 5 star are the air conditioning units and the washer and dryer are all VERY LOUD. It made being in the condo difficult and made it even harder to sleep.

Nice apartment with amazing view

Our stay with Arnold was fantastic. The apartment was only steps away from the beach and a short walk to jobos beach. Check in was easy, we felt very safe at the property, and enjoyed our stay. Only word of caution is Isabela is quiet and you will need a car to do most things. This actually was a big positive for us as we were able to avoid the crowd of the city.

Apartamento hermoso

Todo fue bien bonito, el lugar demás está decir, lo entregan limpio, tiene disponibilidad en la cocina, la estar bien habilitado hasta con lavadora y secadora ayuda a estar mejor en la estancia. Tiene todas las comodidades de nuestro hogar o quizás hasta más. La vista a la playa detrás me encanto, espero nuevamente poder ir. Los dueños muy accesibles. Tenemos muchas playas cerca y bellezas.
