I booked what said was a suite with room size 568sf, but did not get what it said. Our room was the same size as a regular room with 1 extra bed in it. Expedia needs to get correct size of toom before false advertising and charging more for something thats not a suite.

Pretty sure there were 2 visits from the police to the hotel in the 2 nights I stayed. Looked like they had homeless people staying in/near the property. People with dogs in the breakfast nook all night long. Dirty carpets, not the greatest smell walking up the stairs (no elevator). On the plus side: pool and hot tub area was clean and nice. Bed was ok. Fan in the room was loud and clunky. I had upgraded to a suite, expecting a couch or chair, but it was 3 beds in a row with 1 small tv for the room. The fridge’s freezer was frozen shut with ice, couldn’t open to use. Front desk staff seemed nice. Housekeeping came in while we were gone (again, only stayed 2 nights, and they came in the one full day we were there) without service being requested. Fine for the price, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff real friendly. It was nice to be able to get coffee, hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby even when it wasn't breakfast time. The breakfast was good with the biscuits & gravy and egg omelette.
