Finding a hotel or restaurant that serves breakfast on Christmas Day is always a challenge. My stay was motivated by not having to travel 45 minutes home after midnight mass. The price was great, given the extra safety of staying near the parish (walking distance). I am not used to below ground parking facilities. So, driving DOWN two levels can be disorienting. At the very bottom of the drive down is the Guest entry door - after passing just about every other door in the place. The biggest surprise in the room is the scarcity of USB charging outlets. Many hotels of this age have them. Even older hotels have updated the room outlets to the point that just about any flat surface has USB ports. This hotel room had exactly ONE! The breakfast is mostly hotel standard with the exception of having real plates, cups and flatware - with option of disposable items if desired. The food was refreshed often enough to be satisfactory. All in all, a nice, comfortable stay with very polite and pleasant staff.
