The staff were all great and the food in the restaurant was also very good. The menu was a bit limited, but everything we had was very good. The exterior of the building was nice as were the grounds. But for 300 pounds a night the room really needs work. We were in room 11, there was a 1.5inch hole in the drywall, and one wall had been so marked up by suitcases it looked like a child had colored on it. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. The chairs in the sitting room were also in rough shape and need to be restrapped. Just a total lack of basic maintenence, and thats unfortunate since this could be an amazing place.
