Used as a place to crash with quick access to the airport for a 6 AM flight. It was a good, clean, well appointed property and room. Night clerk was already arranging for a 4 AM shuttle at check in when I mentioned my flight before I told him I planned on driving myself.

Everybody was so nice and professional. I had a very hectic and weird schedule while there and the staff made sure that all my needs were taken care of and that I felt comfortable all the time. From being able to give me a room before my check-in time because the front desk staff saw how tired I was from traveling to giving me an extra hour prior to checkout so I could be ready for another day of travel after my meetings. Everybody worked above and beyond. Thank you!

I appreciated how quiet and clean this hotel was. I had a problem with my room not getting cool (It was close to 100 degrees outside, and I was on the top floor). They moved my room with no hesitation and gave me a coupon for a free food item in their restaurant, too.

Uncomfortable bed; stay was just ok

The bed was super uncomfortable. As a side sleeper, I could feel the springs underneath pressing against my hips and it made it very difficult to sleep. My husband also woke up with a very bad and stiff back. Although near the airport, there were no sound issues but the ac unit woke me up everytime it kicked on as it was a startling loud noise. The windows looked purposefully blocked out and you couldn’t see anything which prevented a view and so we left the curtains closed. The shower head is pretty low if you are tall. The building gave an office or convention center feel and not so warm or inviting. The staff was friendly.
