O Hotel muito bonito, em meio a natureza, perto da praia da feiticeira, uma caminhada de 5 minutos. Quarto tinha um tamanho muito bom, uma pia também e frigobar, além de armário para colocar as roupas! Fomos 3 pessoas adultas, aqui meu primeiro ponto de atenção, no hotéis.com diz que acomoda 3, porém a terceira cama é no chão e é uma cama de criança. Então se for alguém grande não cabe. Outro ponto de melhoria seria a limpeza, o teto do banheiro estava com mofo, onde coloca o controle do ar bem sujo, mas avisei o atendente que pediu desculpas e disse que ia pedir pra arrumarem. O check in foi feito de forma online, tudo por WhatsApp, tem um cadeado de senha na porta o que foi bem fácil. Gostei também que na hora de fazer o check out se não houvesse ninguém para e entrar no quarto poderíamos sair às 14 horas sem custo, isso foi ótimo, aproveitamos um pouco mais de praia. Também era possível ficar até as 19 horas por uma taxa de 180,00 reais. O atendimento foi muito bom e o café da manhã estava muito gostoso também! Eu ficaria novamente mas gostaria de melhorassem a limpeza aí seria nota 5/5.

PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA: DESCASO TOTAL E INFRAESTRUTURA PRECÁRIA! Minha experiência com este hotel foi um ABSURDO do início ao fim. Mesmo com a reserva confirmada e PAGA, sofri uma falha crítica no check-in que me impediu de acessar o quarto. O resultado? Fui forçado a dirigir por 3,5 HORAS DE VOLTA PARA SÃO PAULO no meio da noite por pura incompetência logística. O reembolso posterior é o MÍNIMO, mas não apaga o DESGASTE FÍSICO e o transtorno causado. Para piorar, enquanto tentava resolver o meu problema no lobby, o que vi foi um caos: 1. BARULHO: Como alguns quartos são voltados para o saguão, o barulho de latidos de cachorros e gritaria de crianças é constante. Não existe isolamento acústico! Escutava tudo nos quartos enquanto estava no lobby. 2. FALTA DE MANUTENÇÃO: conversei com um hóspedes no local reclamavam que o AR-CONDICIONADO NÃO FUNCIONAVA, um descaso básico com quem paga por conforto e não tinha ninguém para auxiliar. 3. ATENDIMENTO INEFICIENTE: Ninguém resolve nada na hora. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM. Se você não quer correr o risco de ficar sem ter onde dormir e ainda ter que aguentar um ambiente barulhento e mal cuidado, PASSE LONGE DESTE LUGAR! É uma falta de respeito com o consumidor que beira o inacreditável.

o quarto era ótimo porém a cama king era na verdade duas camas de solteiro juntas, em contra partida tinha um ótimo pillow top. Isolação acústica deixou a desejar e em todas 5 noites que fiquei la tive que ouvir o vizinho de parede roncando horrores muito alto que nem ruído branco adiantava muito. Café da manhã deixou a desejar com qualidade das frutas e bolos e também com a reposição de louças e guardanapos que quase nunca estava disponível. Com relação a localização, ótimas praias por perto e a vegetação e pássaros ao redor do hotel fizeram ser mais especial ainda.

Recomendo a pousada!

A pousada é muito boa, mas estava um pouco abandonada, precisa de algumas manutenções, quando cheguei a porta do nosso quarto não trancava, pedimos ajuda… e não foi resolvido, meu marido quem pegou uma chave Philips e arrumou! O ar condicionado também estava pingando água! Mas fora esses pontos, a pousada é incrível!

Achei o quarto ótimo e confortável. Só senti falta de garfo e faça. Tinha apenas 4 coletes. Podia ter também uma mesinha, pequena e duas cadeiras, nem q fossem dobráveis pra facilitar na hora de comer. Quanto a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, pois não tinha um serviço pra tal finalidade, assim como também não tinha vassoura e pá. Mas no geral foi uma ótima experiência. Recomendo e talvez em breve eu volte.
