Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, dazu funktional und modern eingerichtet. Mir persönlich fehlte(n) ein Schrank oder mehr Regalböden, um Kleidung abzulegen. Es gibt einen Regalboden über einer Kleiderstange, der für kleinere Personen nicht erreichbar ist. Eine große Ablage war unten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt (Wasserkocher, Kaffeekapselautomat, Sandwichtoaster, Backofen, Kochplatten, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, …). Jede Wohnung hat einen oben großzügigen Balkon, einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Waschmaschine kann von allen genutzt werden. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und kann ebenso von allen genutzt werden (Poolzeiten: 9-14 Uhr, 18-21 Uhr), Poolhandtücher liegen auf dem Zimmer. Die Zimmer werden alle drei Tage gereinigt. Der Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon ist sehr schön, der Kieselstrand mit sehr klarem Wasser ist 15-20 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten: Wandern in diversen Schluchten, Stadtbummel in Ierapetra (Empfehlung: Fahrt zur Insel Chrissi), leckere Tavernen fußläufig erreichbar, diverse Strände. Der Gastgeber Christos ist sehr zuvorkommend und oft vor Ort, falls man Fragen oder Wünsche hat. Gastgeschenke gab es auch (Raki, Olivenöl, regionale Süßwaren). Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen!
