Nestled within Mediterranean greenery, Finca La Gaviota boasts a view of the sea and the mountains and is located in Icod de Los Vinos. The beautiful finca is made up of 8 holiday rentals. The holiday bungalow Las Flores consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. A baby cot, a highchair and a first aid kit are also available upon request. There is also a washing machine available for your use, which is shared with the guests of 3 other apartments. Furthermore, the bungalow boasts a private covered terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. There is also a communal outdoor area, which is shared with the guests of 7 other properties and includes a pool (open all year round), a beautiful garden with palm trees, a parking area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Here you will also find a shared jacuzzi, which can be used for an additional charge. Please contact the homeowner in advance regarding this. Within a 6-minute drive you will reach restaurants, bars, cafes and the nearest supermarket. The beautiful beaches of Playa de la Gaviotas and Playa de Santo Domingo also await your visit a 7-minute drive from the property. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The communal spaces should not be used between and 22:00 and 7:00. People who are not guests are strictly forbidden to enter the property. No visitors can be received as no more occupants can be declared with respect to the guests of the reserve. As defined by the Institute for Spanish tourist quality in the document Measures to reduce the spread of the coronavirus, we are obliged to register all occupants of the accommodation on arrival and verify their identity through personal identification documents. This register of occupants must be provided to the State Security Forces. All this, according to the current legal framework, for security reasons, and, in the context of COVID-19, in order to also facilitate the traceability of the occupants due to a possible epidemiological outbreak.
