Studio apartment 25m2 for max. 2 persons within the Las Terrazas Malpaís complex, located on a functioning 60 hectare banana plantation on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, with access to charco de la Consolación about 10 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Equipped with a kitchenette with 2 electric burners, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker as well as dishes and cutlery for 2 people.

It consists of a living dining room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with two individual beds, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs and an umbrella with a beautiful view of the avocado orchard, banana plantation and the ocean
