Open concept, it also includes a sleeping area with a double bed, a uniquely designed bathroom and a living room with a comfortable sofa, TV and fibre WiFi. Everything opens out onto the balcony, an unrivalled place to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.
Located in a peaceful village with all the necessary services around, it is just a few minutes walk from the beach of San Marcos. It is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and other essential services, and is excellently communicated by road, allowing quick and easy access to the natural spaces and unique landscapes of Tenerife, such as Icod de los Vinos and its millenary dragon tree, or the famous town of Garachico, known for its impressive natural landscape, its volcanic pools and its rich history as a commercial port.
